Biography
David Wolkowitz is an Illinois personal injury lawyer, representing people injured by car crashes, motorcycle accidents, truck accidents, dog bites, nursing home abuses, police misconduct/brutality, and other accidents and injuries. Previously, Dave was the founding attorney of The Wolkowitz Law Office. Dave's courtroom style has been recognized as no-nonsense, yet creative and aggressive when necessary to best represent his clients. Dave has volunteered as a mediator with the Circuit Court of Lake County, and as a friend of the court for self-represented litigations in the Circuit Court of Lake County. Dave has previously served as a member and investigator on the Illinois State Bar Association's Judicial Evaluation Committee (Cook County). Dave earned his juris doctor and Chicago-Kent College of Law, where he was on the Dean's List multiple semesters. Prior to law school, Dave was a consultant, adjunct professor, and journalist. He earned an master of science degree in integrated marketing communications form Northwestern University, and a bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois.
