Dianne LeVerrier is a results-driven attorney who uses a client-centered approach to achieving efficient resolution of legal issues. She has twenty years of experience representing corporate, private and municipal clients in real estate, land use and commercial matters. She began her legal career as a municipal and environmental litigator, defending and prosecuting environmental, land use and zoning violations. She applies the large firm experience she obtained as a litigator at Farrell Fritz and Weitz and Luxenberg, P.C. to every matter that comes through the door at Jordan & LeVerrier, P.C.

Since founding Jordan & LeVerrier, P.C. in 2006, Ms. LeVerrier has vigorously and successfully defended local businesses against municipal action directed at shutting them down. On the transactional side, Ms. LeVerrier has helped individuals find their new home or move on from an existing home. Ms. LeVerrier works seamlessly with your bank, broker and agent to get you from memorandum of sale to closing. If a land use issue arises during your real estate transaction, Ms. LeVerrier will work closely with both parties to ensure that the issue is resolved and does not become a deal-breaker.

Ms. Le Verrier is admitted to practice in the Courts of the State of New York, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts and the Supreme Court of the United States. She is an active member of the ABA, NYSBA, and SCBA.
