In February 2013 I was run down by a pickup truck accelerating in reverse in a parking lot. I sustained severe damage to my tibia plateau and three of the four knee ligaments were severely damaged. My surgeon said that on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the worst, my injuries were at least an 8. On recommendation I contacted Don Caminiti. He was right there at my home to outline the process to get the surgery done and get compensation. He came to the courthouse when the truck driver was called to appear. He and his very capable staff guided me through the insurance payment process for my surgery and recovery. The truck driver was underinsured and Don fought to get the maximum recovery from his insurance company. This did not take long. Then Don worked with my insurance company under my underinsured motorist coverage. He also tracked my PIP insurance through out the process and made certain they paid everything I was due under the policy. Don was starting to prepare for trail for compensation under the underinsured motorist part of my policy when he very skillfully was able to negotiate a settlement that I felt was fair. From beginning to end (a year and a half) Don was there full time helping me recover and get full compensation. I highly recommend Don to anyone with a personal injury claim.
