Donald K McClellan

Born in Muncie, Indiana, Mr. McClellan attended the University of Florida and Indiana University on a track. cross country scholarship and completed his education at I.U. Bloomington. He returned to Muncie to practice with his father, Sidney McClellan and became a third-generation attorney in Muncie. For approximately twenty (20) years, he practiced primarily in the insurance defense field representing various insurance companies and their insureds throughout East Central, Indiana. Over the last approximate thirteen (13) years, his practice has made a transition primarily to personal injury and probate litigation. He still will take and try periodic high-profile criminal cases. Almost ninety-five percent (95%) if his practice is litigation. He does spend some of his practice time in probate that is not involving litigation. In his spare time, Mr. McClellan enjoys golfing, vacationing, attending his son's basketball and baseball games, and visiting with family and friends. He is a widower and has two (2) sons, Zacary McIlwain and Ian McClellan.
