Donny J. Foty

Don Foty is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He was born in Houston, Texas and raised in San Marcos, Texas. After graduating summa cum laude from high school, he attended the University of Texas at Austin where he studied finance and later advanced to the business honors program, where selection is reserved only for the top students. During college, he worked for a Fortune 500 company while completing his studies.

After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin, he attended the University of Houston Law Center. He was very active in Law Center activities and was a member of the Mock Trial Team. After graduating from law school, he immediately began helping personal injury victims and workers whose rights were being denied by their employers. Since then, he has represented thousands of clients in nearly every state in the country and has recovered millions of dollars for them.

He is listed as one of the top 40 lawyers in Texas under the age of 40 by the National Trial Lawyers Association and is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He has also been recognized as a "Rising Star" in Texas by the Super Lawyers publication and was listed as one of Houston's top lawyers by Houstonia magazine. He is frequently interviewed to discuss current legal topics and many of his cases have been featured in the Houston Chronicle, the Houston Press, and by the American Association for Justice.
