I highly recommend Drew Slager to anyone seeking a Plaintiff’s attorney. My family’s vehicle was struck by a speeding drunk driver. My teenage son was driving. Because he was turning left, the police stated my son was automatically at fault. Not only was the other driver speeding/drunk, but he wore roller blades while driving. My son and I were shocked that he could be at fault, given the other driver’s recklessness. The accident had huge implications: 1. My son’s new vehicle was totaled. We had a limited collision policy, so our insurance refused to pay for the car based on the police report assigning fault to my son. 2. Once I informed the bank of the accident, they told me that with no insurance recovery, it would be an unsecured loan and result in repossession unless I paid off the car immediately. 3. A couple days later I began having neck/shoulder pain. I was a single parent, law student, and was due to start a new job soon. The pain interfered with all of these things. Also, the situation was incredibly stressful. I knew I needed an attorney to provide sound legal advice. After 2 bad experiences with other firms, I found Mancini, Schreuder, Kline. I met with Drew and Ellen. They were very sympathetic. They uncovered issues I hadn’t thought about by asking the right questions. They got started on my case right away. Drew handled most of the events associated with my case. Whenever I emailed/called with a question, he replied within 24 hours. And I knew he was busy because I would frequently see him in court when I was there observing as a law student or running errands as a litigation extern. I also observed him successfully argue a motion. He came to court very prepared. Drew advised me on handling the bank, the insurance company, settlement negotiations, no-fault benefits, and any other questions I had. We ultimately settled out of court and I was able to avoid further stress of a trial. My credit remained intact. I am very pleased with his work!

Drew Slager took on our case, which was a very interesting case. It took us just shy of 5 years to settle. From the beginning he told us he was young and just starting his career.
