Mr. Cortes is a solo practitioner who runs a "General Legal Practice" with a concentration in Criminal Defense. He has aggressively defended numerous clients at trial, in front of juries in cases as routine as Driving While Intoxicated or as complicated as Murder. He has had scores of cases dismissed and countless others reduced to less serious offenses.
However, his aggressive style is not limited to the area of Criminal Defense. He has also represented clients in innumerable bench trials, hearings and mediations in areas as diverse as Civil Litigation, Personal Injury, Commercial Law and Family Law.

If the case is set for Trial but client accepts a plea bargain prior to trial then client pays slightly higher Plea Acceptance Fee.
