Ed Pressly is a native of Statesville, NC. A graduate of Erskine College, Mr. Pressly obtained his law degree from Wake Forest University in 1976. He has conducted an active trial practice in Iredell County for over 40 years regularly helping those with serious injuries. Mr. Pressly regularly appears for his clients in all levels of the N.C. Court System as well as the N.C. Industrial Commission. He has appeared as lead counsel in cases before the U.S. Court of Appeals in Richmond, Virginia. The main emphasis of Mr. Pressly's practice deals with helping those who have suffered serious injury. He is a Board Certified Specialist in workers' compensation.
Mr. Pressly is licensed by the State Bar of North Carolina and is an active member of the 22nd Judicial District Bar, having served previously as its President. He has also served as the President of the Iredell County Bar and is an active member of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice.
