Eileen Santiago

Attorney Eileen Santiago was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Eileen completed her Bachelor of Arts in Pre-Law at the University of Puerto Rico in 2010, graduating with Summa Cum Laude honors.

After graduating from University of Puerto Rico, Eileen attended law school at the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico School of Law. She obtained her Juris Doctor in 2014, graduating with Magna Cum Laude honors.

Eileen is an experienced and knowledgeable immigration attorney. She has worked extensively in Immigration Law including matters of deportation defense, asylum, naturalization, and adjustment of status. Eileen is dedicated to representing the immigrant community and has represented many clients before USCIS and Immigration Court nationwide.

Eileen is an active member of the Puerto Rico Bar Association, the Florida State Bar, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Eileen is fluent in English, Spanish and proficient in Portuguese.

La abogada Eileen Santiago nació en San Juan, Puerto Rico. Eileen completó su licenciatura en Pre- Jurídico en la Universidad de Puerto Rico en 2010, graduándose con honores Summa Cum Laude.

Luego de graduarse de la Universidad de Puerto Rico, Eileen asistió a la escuela de derecho en la Universidad Pontificia Católica de Puerto Rico. Obtuvo su Doctorado en Leyes en 2014 graduándose con honores Magna Cum Laude.

Eileen es abogada de inmigración con experiencia. Ella ha trabajado extensamente en la Ley de Inmigración en temas relacionados a asilo, naturalización, ajuste de estatus y defensa de deportación. Eileen se dedica a la representación de la comunidad de inmigrantes y ha representado a muchos clientes ante la agencia de USCIS y la corte de Inmigración a nivel nacional.

Eileen es miembro activo del Colegio de abogados de Puerto Rico, Colegio de Abogados de la Florida y la Asociación Americana de Abogados de Inmigración. Eileen habla español e inglés con fluidez y domina el portugués.
