Elizabeth Iobst

Elizabeth practices in the areas of probate, estate planning and business formations and transactions. She is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. She obtained her Juris Doctor degree in 2017 from the University of Tulsa College of Law. Before joining Helton Law Firm, Elizabeth was a staff attorney for Legal Aid Services of Oklahoma where she represented Veterans and formerly incarcerated individuals in all civil matters such as estate planning, family law, guardianships, and Rule 8 hearings.

When she is not working diligently for her clients, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her husband, Steve, their Boston Terrier, Herman, and their Labrador Retriever, Murphy. She also enjoys hiking, photography and the arts, national parks, and spending time on the lake.
