Eric Christopher Landman is the Senior Associate and Co-Chair of the Civil Litigation and Personal Injury Department of the firm. He obtained his preparatory education at The Hackley School, Tarrytown, NY, his undergraduate education at The George Washington University, Washington, D.C., and his legal education at the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, Washington, D.C.
Admitted to the bar of New Jersey in 1973, he is Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney. He has concentrated his practice to personal injury representation involving automobile negligence, premises liability, professional negligence and insurance coverage matters. He was also nominated by his peers and included in the 2009 New Jersey Super Lawyers.
He is a Past President of the Middlesex County Bar Association, former Trustee of the New Jersey State Bar Association, and a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Monmouth Bar Association, and the Middlesex County Bar Association. He has served as a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association Nominating Committee, Chairperson of the New Jersey State Bar Association Unlawful Practice Committee, New Jersey Supreme Court Civil Jury Charge Committee, and Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Middlesex County. A recipient of the New Jersey State Bar Association Distinguished Legislative Service Award, he maintains active participation in both State and county bar associations.
As a Certified Civil Trial Attorney, he receives and participates in mandatory continuing legal education, and has participated in Advanced Trial Advocacy courses.
