Biography
Eric H. Luckman is the founder of MediationWorks. He has been a lawyer for over 37 years and has been a Florida Bar Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer for over 27 years. Eric is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator. He has been recognized as a “Super Lawyer” in insurance law since 2014. His areas of expertise include personal injury and wrongful death, insurance coverage and bad faith claims, professional malpractice claims and condominium and homeowners association disputes.
