Biography
Eric is a trial lawyer focused on personal injury, automobile accidents, insurance claims, premises liability, and workers' compensation. He treats the firm's personal injury clients the same way the firm treats its business clients - with respect and customer service. Eric always tries to settle claims and cases as early as possible for fair value, but does not flinch when insurance companies and corporate defendants make unrealistically low settlement offers. If a claim or case cannot be settled fairly, Eric and his team do not hesitate to take the case to a jury trial.
