Eric M. Tinstman

Eric M. Tinstman practices in the areas of medical malpractice, health law and premises liability, with a particular focus in defending medical malpractice claims involving individual physicians, surgeons and medical technologists in hospital settings. Mr. Tinstman graduated with honors from Grove City College in 2006, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in political science with a minor in business. At Grove City, Mr. Tinstman was captain of the basketball team and research assistant to the Dean. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 2009. While attending law school, Mr. Tinstman made the Dean's List, was President of the Federalist Society and was a member of the Honor Council. Between his first and second years of law school, Mr. Tinstman was an intern for the Honorable Judge Thomas Hardiman of the Federal Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Mr. Tinstman is a member of the American Inns of Court (Spellman-Hoeveler Chapter) and the University of Miami School of Law Young Alumni Executive Committee. Mr. Tinstman is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida. He is also licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
