      Eric Mefford

      Biography

As a lifelong Kentuckian, Eric has dedicated years of service to being an advocate for those in the Kentucky area who need someone on their side. With a track record for persistence, passion and enthusiasm both in and out of the courtroom, Eric knows that our clients want someone who has proven themselves.

After graduating high school, Eric attended Georgetown College, where he earned a B.S. in Biology and graduated cum laude. He then went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from Northern Kentucky University’s Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 2014. Here, Eric worked determinedly to earn distinctions such as graduating cum laude and being in the top 10% of his graduating class. Eric applies the same vigor he had in law school to his practice at Hughes & Coleman and he’s earned clients hundreds of thousands of dollars in compensation.

Outside of his practice, Eric enjoys spending time with his family. He is a member of the Kentucky Justice Association and the Louisville Bar Association and remains an active member of the Louisville community.
