Erin Fleming resides in Orange Beach and practices in the firm’s Daphne and Foley offices. She is a native of Geneva, Alabama. Mrs. Fleming received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of South Alabama. In 2003, she graduated from the University Of Alabama School Of Law. Mrs. Fleming received a Master of Law in Taxation from Boston University.
Upon graduation from law school, Mrs. Fleming clerked for the Honorable Judge Sue Bell Cobb on the Alabama Court of Criminal Appeals. Mrs. Fleming also clerked for Federal Magistrate Judge Sonja F. Bivins in the Southern District of Alabama.
Mrs. Fleming’s areas of practice includes trusts, wills, estate planning, probate, business law, estate litigation, elder law, municipal law, and real property.
Mrs. Fleming is a member of the Alabama, Mobile and Baldwin Bar Associations (Taxation, Probate and Trust Sections). She currently serves in a leadership position in the Baldwin Bar Association. Mrs. Fleming also presents educational seminars on various topics including elder law and estate planning.
