Erin Katherine Berry

Erin Berry is a Criminal Defense Trial Attorney in Florida. She holds a Juris Doctorate (JD) from Florida International University College of Law and Bachelor's Degree (BA) in Political Science and International Relations from Florida International University. In Law School, Ms. Berry worked as a volunteer and certified Legal Intern for the Miami-Dade Public Defender's Office.

In 2020, Ms. Berry started working with The Office of the Public Defender of the Ninth Judicial Circuit of Florida. This office represents the indigent with their criminal, Veterans affairs, substance abuse and mental health court cases within Florida's Ninth Circuit. While at the Public Defender's office, Ms. Berry served within the trial division of Orange County. In this division she handled thousands of cases from arrest to jury trial.
