Erin Michael McCormack provides a wide range of legal services to clients throughout the Eastern Shore of Maryland with his case load centered in Worcester, Wicomico, Dorchester and Somerset Counties. As a former Assistant State's Attorney and Law Clerk in Worcester County, Mr. McCormack possesses a unique insight into the judicial process facing individuals that find themselves before the Court. Since entering private practice, Mr. McCormack has primarily devoted his time to the areas of criminal defense, traffic matters (DUI/DWI) and civil litigation (business & contract disputes, professional negligence, etc.). Despite those concentrations, he also handles a variety of other matters including divorce, custody, child & spousal support issues.
