A St. Philip native, Erin Schmitt Tuley returned to the Evansville, IN area to practice law after receiving her J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School. She began her career as a deputy prosecuting attorney for Vanderburgh County, where she handled felony-level cases, prosecuting major violent felonies during the last few years of her career as a prosecutor. Erin joined her husband and father-in-law in practice in 2018. Erin also holds a B.A. in English and Spanish from the University of Southern Indiana.
