Erna Milien is the founder and Managing attorney of the Milien Law Practice, PLLC. Her practice focuses mainly on family law issues, Immigration and Personal Injury. Erna earned her Juris Doctorate from WMU Cooley Law School in Riverview, FL and a Bachelor in Health Care Administration from Ashford University in Clinton Iowa.Erna is a current member of The Florida Bar, the Family Law Section of The Florida Bar, the Collier County Bar Association, the Family Law Section of the Collier County Bar, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Erna also has the honor of serving as board director for the Shelter for Abused Women and Children of Naples, and Co-Chair of NAACP Legal Redress Committee of Naples. Prior to starting her practice, Erna worked as staff Attorney for Legal Aid Service of Collier County, focusing her practice on domestic violence, divorce and family law matters. She is a former advocate for the Shelter for Abuse Women and Children of Collier County. As an immigrant, a survivor of domestic violence, a divorcee, and former battered women advocate, Erna understands and can relate to most of her clients' situations. Her primary purpose of becoming an attorney is to represent her client's voice.
