Ernest J. Pribanic is the newest member of our firm. He brings with him both a passion for the law and a true desire to serve as an advocate for and give voice to those in need of legal help. He graduated summa cum laude from Duquesne University School of Law and received a full academic scholarship for academic excellence after finishing his first and second years at the Law School in the top two percent of his class.
Ernest focused on learning skills essential to litigation during law school: he received several awards for his skill in legal writing and was hand selected by the coaches of Duquesne’s nationally lauded trial advocacy program to represent the Law School in several national trial advocacy competitions. He was inducted into the Louis L. Manderino Honor Society for both his ability as an advocate and his success in representing the Law School in trial advocacy competitions.
During law school, Ernest worked for the firm as a law clerk and assisted supervising attorneys in medical malpractice, personal injury, and workers compensation matters.
Before pursuing a career in the law, Ernest was a teacher and taught English, literature, and creative writing to middle and high school students. He is a devoted husband and father, and when not working, he can often be found enjoying the outdoors with his wife and daughter and their dog.
