Rhode Island family law attorney Evan M. Kirshenbaum has been practicing law at Kirshenbaum Law Associates since his graduation from law school in 1994. He has been a senior partner of the firm since 1999 and is currently Managing Partner and Owner. Mr. Kirshenbaum provides representation in all aspects of family law and personal injury law. He also serves as the attorney to Cranston City Council.

He lectures and provides reference sources on child custody and visitation, handling divorce cases from start to finish, guiding clients to favorable outcomes and the Divorce Law Guide from A to Z, for the National Business Institute's continuing legal education series. He has served on the faculty for a seminar on Advanced Family Law for the National Business Institute and has been a guest lecturer at Brown University and at Rhode Island Professional Day.
Mr. Kirshenbaum has served as City Solicitor, Deputy City Solicitor and Assistant City Solicitor for the city of Cranston. For his work he received a Public Commendation from the Cranston City Council. He has served on many city and state committees representing the interests of the people of Rhode Island. He has been quoted numerous times in the Providence Journal and other publications on various areas of law.
