Evan M. Kirshenbaum

Rhode Island family law attorney Evan M. Kirshenbaum has been practicing law at Kirshenbaum Law Associates since his graduation from law school in 1994. He has been a senior partner of the firm since 1999 and is currently Managing Partner and Owner. Mr. Kirshenbaum provides representation in all aspects of family law and personal injury law. He also serves as the attorney to Cranston City Council.

Mr. Kirshenbaum, an experienced trial lawyer, has submitted numerous briefs to the Rhode Island Supreme Court. He has argued successfully before the state's highest court as well as before juries in the Superior Court. He has served on the faculty for a seminar on Advanced Family Law for the National Business Institute and has been a guest lecturer at Brown University and at Rhode Island Professional Day.

Mr. Kirshenbaum has served as City Solicitor, Deputy City Solicitor and Assistant City Solicitor for the city of Cranston. For his work he received a Public Commendation from the Cranston City Council. He has served on many city and state committees representing the interests of the people of Rhode Island.
