Eve Elsen serves as Senior Trial Attorney for the Pittsburgh office of Morgan & Morgan. She leads the office's auto practice and proudly works for the people, securing millions of dollars in matters ranging from motor vehicle and trucking accidents, premises liability, negligent security, victims of catastrophic injuries and wrongful death.
Eve is a member of the distinguished and invite-only Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County, an organization of elite trial lawyers dedicated to trying cases and winning verdicts for their clients. She also serves on the Board of Governors for the Pennsylvania Association for Justice and on the Civil Litigation Council of the Allegheny County Bar Association, organizations that are dedicated to taking on causes which serve and protect the individuals she represents where it truly makes a difference- in the courtroom.
Eve's clients are her number one priority. Although a terrific result is always her goal in every case, she knows that it is just one part of a successful resolution. She understands that clients also need consistent communication and compassionate counseling. It is these character traits that make Eve not only a fantastic litigator but truly an attorney that clients trust, time and again. Clients frequently tell Eve that she "truly cares about them" and to her, that is the best compliment.
Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Eve worked at a boutique Pittsburgh firm with deep ties to the region where she had the privilege of aiding hundreds of injured individuals and workers recover millions of dollars through verdicts and settlements. While she has called Pittsburgh home for over fifteen years since graduating from Duquesne Law School, she is originally from North Carolina and is a proud Tar Heel.
Eve is also proficient in Mandarin Chinese and Greek and has represented native speakers of both. She loves to travel with her family, especially to Greece and Italy. She currently resides with her husband and two young boys in Pittsburgh's Northside where she is active in the Northside Chamber of Commerce and the Greek Orthodox Church.
