A partner in the Raleigh office of Cranfill Sumner & Hartzog, Marshall Wall represents clients in a wide range of disputes encompassing business and commercial litigation, trucking and transportation cases, insurance coverage, intellectual property disputes, personal injury defense, and defense of fire losses—especially those arising from the use of products.
