Biography
Prior to representing personal injury victims, I worked as an insurance defense attorney, representing insurance companies and some of the largest corporations in America. This provided me with a keen insight into how insurance companies work and their common tactics to reduce and deny a claim. I soon realized that my true passion was representing the actual victims of someone else's carelessness. It was then that I joined Nevada's largest Personal Injury law firm. Between 2004 and 2008, I litigated countless hundreds of cases. My efforts litigating, arbitrating, and mediating cases resulted in compensation to clients totaling in the millions of dollars. I'm proud to have earned an esteemed reputation among my legal peers. I provide each client with unprecedented customer service. I pay attention to the details of each case - big or small. I out-prepare and outwork the other side. And I do not leave the courtroom or the negotiation table without knowing that all avenues have been exhausted to get every last penny for my clients.
