      Biography

      Fred completed his undergraduate degree at Providence College in Providence, Rhode Island in 1961, and earned his law degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law in Storrs, Connecticut in 1964. He was admitted to practice law in Connecticut in 1964, in the U.S. District Court District of Connecticut in 1965, and the U.S. Supreme Court in 1971. Fred primarily practices in the areas of personal injury, elder law, and real estate law.

      He is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, the Elder Law Executive Committee, the General Practice Committee, the Advisory Committee of Connecticut Lawyer Magazine, the New Haven County Bar Association, and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA).

      Fred is also an active member of the community. He currently serves as the Director of Aldo DeDominicis Foundation, Inc., as the current member and Past President of the Amity Club, the current member and Past President of Hamden Rotary Club (Named Paul Harris Fellow), as the Director of the International Festival of Arts & Ideas, and is a member of the Hamden Board of Education Foundation.

      Some of his past community activities included serving as Trustee of St. Joan of Arc in Hamden, CT, as Past Director of South Central Alzheimer's Association, Past Director of Hamden / New Haven YMCA, Past Director of The Farms Country Club, Past President of the Hamden Civitan Club, Local and State Offices of New Haven JayCees, Hamden Democratic Town Committee, and Former Member and Chairman of the Hamden Economic Development Commission.
