G. Eric Nielson

We recently used Mr Nielson in our malpractice case , but since day one I got the impression that he already had a plan on how the money and all regarding my case was going to be , he lied about many things to the point where he couldn’t hide his intentions anymore he then harassed to turn everything about me and my poor child against me to the point that he wanted withdraw me from my own case and take control over a settlement that he never told me how much he was fighting and negotiating for . He don’t care about his clients he just care about making money for him and his firm , because of him I lost hope trust in other attorneys . We have an open investigation against him through Utah state bar but at first they denied my complaints I guess is because everyone in Utah know each other and everyone covers their backs I hope that broken cycle broke soon and let the justice take place again, we really need a change in our justice system. Use a este abogado para nuestro case medico legal pero este señor nos engañó mintió sobre nuestro caso en todo aspecto nos amenazó que iva a ser asta lo imposible para sacarme de mi propio caso cuando se vio descubierto de lo que en verdad estaban haciendo por favor tengan cuidado con este abogado y su firma es muy triste y frustrante saber q personas como este señor se aprovechan de personas como yo por el solo echo de no saber de leyes y por se nosotros hispanos , también abrimos una demanda en contra de esta firma pero en el utah state bar se negaron a investigar asta q les dije q iva. A ser esto publico en las noticias y fuera de Utah , es muy interesante saber q aquí en Utah todos se cubren y se protegen de una forma estratégica, para no hacer las cosas mas largas espero q este systema de Utah cambie y se nos haga justicia por lo que estamos pasando.
