I felt compelled to write this letter for the purpose of expressing the ethics of my attorney Gary Lomanno. I cannot elaborate about the reasons for being in court but will say I arrived the first day on ill advice without legal representation. The moment it was my turn to face the court I was told to obtain legal counsel. During this time I observed the proceedings continue and realized this is a good place to start looking for an attorney. The first attorney who made an impression on me was Gary Lomanno. I reached out to Gary and he immediately starting talking to me about my case. We made an appointment for the next day and started working on the particulars and how to move forward. I found out from that first meeting that Gary is well rounded, capable, and knowledgeable of the laws of the state. Mr. Gary Lomanno is one of the most ethical and compassionate attorneys I have ever known. He handles multiple types of cases from all walks of life. From the day he took on my case he treated me as a person not as just another client.My case was extremely difficult and was very stressful on me but Gary’s confidence and professionalism during the whole process was always very reassuring. I felt he was genuinely concerned with my well-being. Although, my case was not completely dismissed he worked to convince the court there was a more proper way to treat my unique situation. During the proceedings he used every expert at his disposal and everything that transpired during my hearings was relayed to me immediately. After court he would make sure I was happy with the outcome and that I was ok emotionally. It was 10 months and all through that time I felt as if I was the most important client. Sometimes things cannot be put into words but I always felt safe and confident in my attorney’s abilities. I will end to say I believe Mr. Lomanno holds the highest of ethical standards and I would recommend him not only for his very capable qualifications, also for his principles
