      Biography

Gary S. Craw is a highly experienced Colorado personal injury lawyer. He has been a Colorado trial lawyer practicing in Colorado Springs since 1979. Gary works for persons and families who need expert legal help with personal injury and wrongful death claims. Gary has successfully handled personal injury cases involving car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, medical malpractice, hospital malpractice, nursing malpractice, defective products, slip and fall injuries and other accidents that have resulted in serious personal injury or death claims.

In addition, Gary helps persons who have been treated unreasonably and unfairly by an insurance company. Often, insurance companies deny valid claims that should be paid. When an insurance company does this - which is known as "bad faith" - Gary has the necessary experience and skill to get his clients the insurance benefits they deserve, as well as money damages for the bad faith conduct of an insurance company.

Gary also handles probate litigation and will contest cases, as well as other civil litigation.

Gary is Board Certified as a civil trial specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, www.nbtanet.org. Gary has achieved an "AV" rating from Martindale Hubbell - the Highest Attorney Rating given, www.martindale.com. Gary S. Craw has twice been selected as one of Colorado's "Super Lawyers" by "5280 - Denver's Mile High Magazine based on the votes of other lawyers in Colorado who have actually seen him in action and a review of his qualifications by a Blue Ribbon panel, www.SuperLawyers.com. Gary has also achieved a "10" rating (highest rating)from the online lawyer rating service AVVO, www.AVVO.com.

Gary has served on the board of directors for Pikes Peak Habitat for Humanity, and as the president and a director of a number of local homeowners associations in Colorado Springs. Gary started his legal career as a Colorado Public Defender in Colorado Springs.
