Biography
Gary S. Craw is a highly experienced Colorado personal injury lawyer. He has been a Colorado trial lawyer practicing in Colorado Springs since 1979. Gary works for persons and families who need expert legal help with personal injury and wrongful death claims. Gary has successfully handled personal injury cases involving car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, medical malpractice, hospital malpractice, nursing malpractice, defective products, slip and fall injuries and other accidents that have resulted in serious personal injury or death claims.
In addition, Gary helps persons who have been treated unreasonably and unfairly by an insurance company. Often, insurance companies deny valid claims that should be paid. When an insurance company does this - which is known as "bad faith" - Gary has the necessary experience and skill to get his clients the insurance benefits they deserve, as well as money damages for the bad faith conduct of an insurance company.
Gary also handles probate litigation and will contest cases, as well as other civil litigation.
