Gavin A. Robb

Gavin A. Robb works in the firm's Business and Finance department, where he concentrates his practice in Municipal and School Law, Civil Litigation and Corporate Law.

Gavin attends meetings for the firm's municipal and school clients and advises these governmental entities in matters of employment, zoning, policy and other general issues as needed. He also acts as general counsel to several small to medium-sized corporate clients in the greater Pittsburgh area.

Gavin has extensive arbitration and trial experience, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in all types of cases from personal injury claims to complex commercial litigation matters. He also represents both commercial and residential property owners and taxing bodies in tax assessment appeals and exemption matters. This broad range of experience allows Gavin to more effectively serve the diverse needs of his clients.

Through the Neighborhood Legal Services Association, Gavin provides pro bono services in the areas of custody and unemployment matters.

Gavin received his Bachelor of Arts degree in English from John Carroll University and his Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he earned a Certificate of Advanced Study in Civil Litigation.

A member of the American, Pennsylvania and Allegheny County Bar Associations, Gavin serves on the Board of Directors of the South Side Chamber of Commerce and the South Side Local Development Company. He is currently serving as President of the Chamber of Commerce.

Gavin is admitted to practice law in all state courts throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, as well as the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
