Attorney Hampilos was born and raised in Chicago, IL. He attended Southern Illinois University and received his Bachelor of Science degree in 1989 with high honors. He went on to attend Syracuse University College of Law where he graduated cum laude and received his Juris Doctorate in 1992. He also received his M.P.A. from Syracuse University Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public affairs. Shortly after graduation, Attorney Hampilos moved back to Illinois to practice law in the Rockford area.
