Biography
George Wilhite, Jr., is an experienced personal injury and medical malpractice attorney in Houston, TX, who is board certified in the area of personal injury. Mr. Wilhite is rated "AV Preeminent" in Martindale-Hubbell, the highest distinction given by the nationwide attorney rating service.
Admitted to the State of Texas in 1964, the U.S. Court of Appeals, 5th Circuit in 1989, and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Texas in 1986, Mr. Wilhite has been fighting for the rights of those injured through the negligence of others for nearly 50 years. In addition to personal injury, he represents clients in cases of wrongful death, business law, estate law, and other matters.
Mr. Wilhite graduated from law school at the University Of Texas School Of Law in Austin in 1964. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas in Austin in 1961.
Mr. Wilhite has earned the distinction of being a Board-Certified Personal Injury Trial Law through the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Although there are more than 70,000 attorneys licensed to practice in Texas, only 7,000 are Board Certified. This distinction is only earned after rigorous examination, peer review, and proven mastery.
