Attorney Geraldine Ly has been representing injured workers and plaintiffs for over 26 years, obtaining numerous six-, seven-, and eight- figure judgments, settlements and awards for her clients in the areas of personal injury, workers’ compensation and matters related to civil litigation. Geraldine Ly graduated from the California Western School of Law and received her undergraduate degree from California State University Northridge. Since 1994, Geraldine Ly has battled thousands of cases focused on protecting the rights of others and fighting to maximize the financial recovery for her clients injured or killed due to the negligence of others.

Throughout her career, Ms. Ly has devoted considerable time in Orange County’s community matters. Ms. Ly is the 2018 president of the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association, and a board member of the Consumer Attorneys of California. She is also active in statewide consumer advocacy through her political contacts and involvement.

Geraldine was nominated and the first runner-up for the 2015 Orange County Trial Lawyers Association’s award for the Top Gun Trial Lawyer of the Year for her accomplishments in the Freeway Complex Fire case against the Yorba Linda Water District, and subsequently against the insurance companies for the water district. At the end of the six and one-half years of litigation, Geraldine and other plaintiffs’ counsels secured a confidential settlement for their clients of nearly nine figures.

Geraldine was named one of AVVO’s and Orange Coast Magazine’s Top Attorneys since 2015 and selected as a Super Lawyer since 2016. Geraldine’s representation of the survivors of the San Bernardino shooting that took place on December 2, 2015 has made her a sought after advocate and speaker for many media outlets such as The Doctors television show, KNX talk radio, and local television stations.
