      Holzberg Legal is a Maritime and Personal Injury Law Firm in Miami, Florida. We are uniquely positioned to represent passengers and crewmembers against all major cruise lines as the majority are headquartered in Miami, Florida, including Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, Celebrity Cruises, Carnival Cruise Line, and Norwegian Cruise Line. Most Cruise Lines require that if you are injured, you must file suit in Federal Court in the Southern District of Florida. For over 30 years, we have been representing passengers and crew injured on cruises, on pleasure boats, yachts, jet skis. we specialize in medical malpractice by ships doctors and nurses.

      We represent people injured in auto, truck crashes, in malls, stores restaurants, shopping centers who slip trip and fall, victims of assaults rapes businesses, hotels shopping centers, and victims of malpractice.

      • Contingent Fees - Consistent with Florida law of one third of amounts when we settle before a lawsuit is filed or 40% thereafter.. We also share our attorneys fees with qualify co-counsel consistent with Florida law, and assist foreign counsel with appearances Pro haec Vice, to allow appropriate division of fees, and obtain court approval for qualified out-of-state attorneys.
      • Rates, Retainers and Additional Information - $550 per hour, mixed contingent and hourly rates with retainers negotiable. 25% referral and co-counsel fees promptly paid.

        First of all I would like to thank Holzberg Legal for their excellent work!Our daughter had an accident and was injured during cruise with one of the biggest cruise companies in the world. We’ve started to look for the lawyer in order to represent us. Before coming to Holzberg Legal I’ve contacted about dozen of different legal firms dealing with maritime injures. Some just ignored me, some replied that they are not interested since out case is insignificant – “it is just scratch, nothing special”. One of them has recommended me to turn to Glenn Holzberg and I did so. Glenn and Louis Holzerg immediately expressed their interest in our case and set up the call in order to discuss all details. Louis and his team took over the case, collected all the documents and related matters and did all negotiations with cruise company. Louis communicated me on every major stage. It was not quick and it is understandable – company refused to admit their responsibility. But anyway Louis succeeded!
