Our practice is limited to serious injury and death claims, injuries from riding lawnmowers, and other dangerous products, traumatic brain injuries, injuries at amusement parks, injuries on dangerous premises, chemical exposure injuries, train derailments, and other railroad related injuries to person and property.
Although our practice focuses on cases primarily in Texas, we also have pursued cases in Alabama, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Main, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, New York, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, and Washington. We are fully licensed in Texas and Montana.
