I help victims of personal injury and wrongful death. In college, my plan was to become a physician, but I decided to change my career path as a result of injuries that I suffered on-the-job.
A roofing subcontractor's negligence caused me to fall approximately 20 feet, leaving me wheelchair bound for two years. I became frustrated with the justice system and started contacting attorneys. More than 80 law firms declined to represent me. Ultimately, I convinced an attorney to help me by agreeing to work on my own case. After navigating the court system, my case successfully settled within weeks of trial.
My physical and mental recovery give me a real life perspective on the struggles faced by injured people and motivate me to fight for my clients. I am lucky enough to say that I have recovered and that my injuries led to meeting my wife. I love advocating for individuals who are in the position I once found myself.
My wife, Lauren, and I have two children, our son, Alexander, and daughter, Emmy. I grew up in Billings, Montana, and moved to Seattle to play baseball for the University of Washington Huskies.
