Greg Porter was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. He graduated from Bishop Fenwick High School in Middletown and then joined the United States Marine Corps. Fresh out of basic training, Greg began his studies at the University of Cincinnati. In his third year of college his studies were put on hold when he was called to serve a tour of duty in Iraq. Upon returning from active duty, he finished his Bachelor's degree. He then obtained his Juris Doctor from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio and was admitted to the practice of law in the State of Ohio. Greg also was admitted to practice in the U.S. Federal Court, Southern District of Ohio.
Greg joined Rodriguez & Associates in 2012 and became a named partner of Rodríguez & Porter in 2015. Greg focuses his practice on Domestic relations and Juvenile Court cases such as custody visitation, abuse, neglect and dependency cases, dissolution and divorce. He also focuses on civil litigation (plaintiffs' and defendants' work), personal injuries, and easement law. He has represented clients all over Ohio, including Butler, Hamilton, Clermont, Montgomery, and Prebble Counties, in Federal Criminal Court, Federal Immigration Court, Common pleas, Municipal and Mayor's Courts. Whatever the case may be, Greg is not afraid to tackle a challenge. He will take on even the most difficult cases with the thoroughness of a lawyer coupled with the determination of a marine.
