Greg Starnes joined the firm in 2001. He has a business, corporate, and securities practice including business and real estate transactions, condominium development, value-added agriculture, franchising, business organizations, mergers and acquisitions and venture capital financing.
Prior to joining the firm, Greg was involved in a private business practice for nine years. He then became involved in the hospitality industry and held both legal and executive positions, including General Counsel, General Manager, and Director of Operations.
Greg is a member of the State Bar of South Dakota and Colorado Bar Association.
