Hans Pfaffenberger

Hans grew up in southern West Virginia, but he has called Louisville home for over 20 years.

Hans's legal career includes a wide array of legal expertise centered mostly around the insurance industry and criminal law. Hans developed a unique set of skills in insurance litigation investigating insurance fraud and analyzing insurance policies for insurance companies. Hans also honed his courtroom skills having spent two rounds as a litigator in the Louisville Metro Public Defender office, trying many cases along the way. He is a well-respected trial attorney with a reputation for fighting tirelessly to ensure that his clients get the best result possible.
