      Biography

Harper J. Dimmerman, Attorney at Law, holds the highest rating of his peers with Martindale-Hubbell (AV Preeminent since 2009) and has been named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer Rising Star on multiple occasions, amongst other honors. He is a lecturer to other attorneys, a trained Mediator, a former Professor in Temple University's Fox School of Business, a proven entrepreneur, the author of dozens of published legal articles with a prominent ALM news source, a bestselling novelist, and highly accomplished attorney. Most recently, in early 2022, he successfully completed an innovative blockchain program with MIT. He resumed contributing to The Legal Intelligencer in early 2023, with an emphasis on Pennsylvania Legal Malpractice topics.

Mr. Dimmerman considers a wide array of Pennsylvania Litigation and Real Estate Law matters, as well as Legal Malpractice and Estate Law. His lectures to other attorneys have related to Real Estate Law, Title Insurance and Landlord-Tenant subjects; he has received praise from his contemporaries, those fulfilling their educational requirements and furthering their own understanding of these complex topics. In his capacity as an adjunct professor at Temple University for a decade, he taught hundreds of undergraduate business students various areas of the law, with a special emphasis on myriad Real Estate Law subjects. In fact, his courses were a prerequisite for aspiring REALTORS, as he possesses an intense understanding of both Contract Law and the regulations governing real estate brokerage in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. In 2016, he was awarded "Best Adjunct Professor of the Year for Legal Studies," an incredible honor. Dimmerman PC's consulting arm also assists individuals and corporations, with value-added, bespoke solutions to difficult legal questions.

I engaged Harper J. Dimmerman. for several hours of document review and legal advice. Mr. Dimmerman made himself available quickly as my matter was quite time sensitive. Harper took time and care to understand the situation and advise me to the best of his knowledge and expertise. I had read numerous reviews of his work, and had been impressed. They proved accurate. He has a thorough knowledge of the legal areas he works in, and renders advice not only according to legal concerns, but also factors in common sense and life experience to advise his clients appropriately. Mr. Dimmerman exceeded contracted expectations, providing more time and advice than I had paid contracted for. He continued to advise me over time graciously and generously. One may not agree with everything Harper recommends, but one is always sure his advice is offered with the very best interests of his clients in mind. The reality of litigating issues is not always easy to accept. Harper J. Dimmerman is a true professional, a compassionate man, and a caring person. Mr. Dimmerman is a delight to work with.

I do not handle cases with other attorneys who are not proactive. Harper is in a different arena. He is the type of attorney you want on your case. He will go above and beyond for you.
