Herbert I. Ellis is the founder of the firm, and co-chairman of the Civil-Litigation and Personal Injury Department of the firm, as well as, co-chairman of the Criminal and Municipal Court matters of the firm. He obtained his undergraduate education at Brooklyn College in Brooklyn, NY,, and his legal education at Touro Law School in Huntington, N.Y.
He was admitted to the bar of New Jersey in 1988 and to the bar of New York in 1989. He is also a member of the Monmouth County Bar Association, the New Jersey Association for Justice, and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.
