      Attorney Ira Yellin has been a practicing attorney in Massachusetts since 1986. With thirty years' experience, Attorney Yellin's primary focus is in the areas of Family Law, Bankruptcy Law, and Personal Injury Law with a commitment to providing quality legal services.

      Attorney Yellin represents clients on both contested and uncontested divorce cases, including successfully trying matters involving custody, visitation, alimony, support and modification in all counties in Massachusetts. In addition, he handles both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Cases, helping hundreds of clients save their home from foreclosure and eliminate burdensome debt. Attorney Yellin also handles personal injury cases including, but not limited to motor vehicle and slip and fall accidents.

      Ira Yellin was born in 1961 and raised in Brooklyn, New York. He is married with three boys and has been a resident of Massachusetts since 1983. He is an active member of his community, having coached recreational baseball and basketball in intramural sports. Ira Yellin worked as an associate at small to mid-sized law firms prior to forming his own firm.
