He lied to me about procedural tasks in a malpractice wrongful death case he said I needed to give him $5000 Dollars that will go to the doctor I pick for expert witness I didn’t know what I was doing I think he gave me a list of them that were all the same specialty as the one in my case when I made my final decision one I sent him the money next thing I here from IRA is that Docter didn’t agree I said what next he said find another one and give him another $5000Of course I was upset and asked questions in the end after the case got settled he still had a big chunk of my cash I gave him in case he needed it he tried to keep it then I got technical and told him to give me an account for everything found out there never was $5000 given to any of those doctors after talking to their offices I confronted LESHIN and he said he didn’t remember what I was talking about and other lies he didn’t remember he said that the other side was so scared they hired two attorneys come to find out it wasn’t true nor did he remember that plus more. If you notice he doesn’t have any reviews I wonder why? I was a vulnerable client I lost my loved one to a bad doctor then this lawyer is exploiting the fact shame on him until we came to an agreement I called the insurance sending the settlement check telling them to hold till I got my money he has first.
