J. Armando Edmiston

Armando was born in Mexico. My mother is mexican and my father american. I grew up in Plant City Florida where i attended highschool. Graduated from highschool in top 2% of my class and then when to the Marine Corp to serve my country. After leaving the Marines I attended USF wherein i majored in Biology and graduated with BS in 2001. After working the hospitality industry from 2001 to 2004 i attended Nova Southeastern Universty in Davie Florida. There I worked and attended law school full time. I worked in several law offices gaining insight and practical expereince in top law firms in Personal Injury. I also attended law school in Barcelona Spain for 6 months to get an understanding for codified and European law. After returning to the states, I ran the presuit department for a Personal Injury Trial Firm where i gained expereince on client intake through filing of the law suit. I was also responsible for discovery, client meetings and prepping for mediation and trial. After graduating Cum Laude from Law school i returned to the Tampabay area where i worked for a Personal Injury Trial Lawyer. I was responsible for discovery, client sign intake, and motion drafting and trial prep. After leaving the Trial practice i was a public defende for the 13h Judicail Circuit in Hillsborough County for about 2 years. During that time i represented adults and juveniles charged with crimes. I gained insight into bench and jury trials as well as went to over 50 bench trial and participated in over 10 Jury trials. Since leaving the public Defenders office I opened up Ask 2 Amigo Law firm and have been representing injured people across the tampabay area from pre-suit through trial.
