J. David Miller

Attorney David Miller was born on July 3, 1959 in Kingsport, Tennessee. David has been practicing law in his hometown for 31 years and handles a variety of cases involving serious injury or death. He focuses on cases involving truck accidents, auto accidents and motorcycle accidents. David represents his clients during negotiation, trial and the appeals process in both state and federal courts. He has been a Board Certified Civil Trial Specialist since 1997, has been selected as one of the Top 100 Lawyers in the state of Tennessee, selected in the Nation's Top 1% of attorneys and has been recognized by Superlawyers. He is an Eagle Scout and past member of the Eagle Scout Board of Review. David has been legal counsel and parliamentarian for the Kingsport Lifesaving and Rescue Crew for more than 20 years.
