Jeff Shultz joined the firm in 1983. His practice emphasizes civil litigation, workers' compensation, and ERISA litigation, with interests in fire subrogations. Clients include self-insured employers and insurers state wide.
Jeff is a member of the State Bar of South Dakota, the Second Circuit Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. He serves on the State Bar of South Dakota Committee on Administrative Law and is a long-time board member of East River Legal Services.
