Ryan Ziminskas joined Clark, Love & Hutson in 2022, and currently serves on the firm's multidistrict litigation trial dockets with an emphasis on products liability.
Born and raised in Austin, Ryan earned both his Bachelor's degree in English, and Juris Doctor from The University of Texas. While in law school, Ryan was an active advocate, and participated in multiple intra and interscholastic mock trial competitions. Ryan also appeared in court on behalf of clients through experiential clinics, and served Texans at the State Capitol through the Office of General Counsel to the Speaker of the House of Representatives. Upon graduation, Ryan received numerous awards for his work in advocacy, and was admitted to the Order of Barristers.
Prior to joining Clark, Love & Hutson, Ryan defended national and international corporate and institutional clients in a broad range of complex commercial disputes, including complex business, banking, and fiduciary litigation."
