Jaclyn R. Munson

Jaclyn is an Associate at Brody Hardoon Perkins & Kesten, LLP. She joined the firm in 2022. Jaclyn specializes in civil and administrative litigation. She has extensive experience with municipal law and has advised elected officials and public boards and commissions on matters ranging from open meeting law to campaign finance law.

Prior to joining the firm, Jaclyn worked in the City of Boston Law Department. During her time with the City, Jaclyn represented and advised numerous municipal departments, including the Boston Fire Department, the Boston Public Library and its Board of Trustees. Jaclyn has appeared in Suffolk Superior Court, Boston Municipal Courts and has argued before the Massachusetts Court of Appeals.

Jaclyn graduated cum laude from Manhattan College in 2010, and from Northeastern University School of Law in 2018. She has been licensed to practice law since 2018.
