Mr. Knox graduated magna cum laude from Lewis & Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon in 2009 and was the recipient of the Outstanding Client Advocacy Award.
He has briefed and argued cases in the Court of Appeals, the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court, Third Judicial Department, and before the New York Commission on Judicial Conduct. In addition, he has tried a number of cases to verdict and appears regularly in state and federal courts in the Capital District and beyond.
Mr. Knox formerly worked as an Appellate Court Attorney for the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court, Third Judicial Department in Albany, NY. In the spring of 2011, Mr. Knox served temporarily as a confidential clerk in the chambers of Justice Edward O. Spain.
SERVICE AND WORK / LIFE BALANCEA married father of three young children, Mr. Knox gives his all to everything he does. When away from the courtroom and negotiating table, Mr. Knox spends as much time as possible with his family but still manages to train for marathons and support charitable causes near and dear to his heart, such as the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) and the American Red Cross.
