Jim graduated Cum Laude from North Carolina State University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. He attended North Carolina Central University School of Law and received his law degree (Summa Cum Laude) in 2012. Jim recently received his Master of Laws (LL.M.) in taxation from New York University School of Law in May, 2013.
Jim is a member of the North Carolina State Bar. He is licensed to practice before all North Carolina State Courts. Jim is a Certified Financial Planner, licensed Real Estate Broker, and has his U.S. Coast Guard Captain's license.
Jim's practice is concentrated in the areas of estate planning and administration, corporate law and tax planning.
Away from his practice, Jim enjoys spending time with his wife, Carrie Dale, as well as being outdoors.
